Workflow working sequence

Hi all,

I have a simple 4 steps workflow :-

  1. capture from a folder
  2. split pdf file
  3. rename the pdf file
  4. print it to a windows printer; save it to a folder

My question is: if multiple users save pdf file to that folder, the workflow will process the pdf files one by one ? the second pdf will wait until the first pdf file process completed ?

If the process that captures the initial PDF files is set to self-replicating, then several files can be processed in parallel:

The “self replicating process” was unchecked. is it mean it will process one by one ?

Yep. Self replication allows for parallel processing of captured data.
