Hi, I created a workflow process using content created in designer. I am essentially passing the original data file name through as an extraction field and then using that to create the output filename. However, when I’m running this, it only works with 1 data file. And when I make any changes to it, the output PDF is not created. I took a snapshot of service console with the one that worked and the one that didn’t work. The only difference in the 2 is that the one that didn’t work has the message “Cached version not available, attempting to upload file.” I should also mention that when running this with the output and job creation settings in Designer, it doesn’t work either, I assume this has to do with using the original file name.
Why is my process only working for 1 specific file. How can I fix this?
