We’re still using PP7 Designer, and yesterday, a new print queue added to Workflow 2023.2 was visible in the queues on everyone’s workstations, then rather suddenly wasn’t available anymore.
Everything seems to be working and a server reset didn’t change things. What happened, why, and what do we need to do?

Can you please share some more information about, and I quote, “a new print queue added to Workflow 2023.2” and “was visible in the queues”? For example, where has this new printer queue been added to Workflow and where were these printer queues visible?
This is what we should see; but when we initially installed the printer, those new printer queues at the bottom were not showing up (everything past the checked queue).
If none had shown up, I would have thought it was a Messenger problem, checked firewalls, etc., but only the new ones didn’t show up. After a day of this, we think we’ve determined that we had Workflow configuration versioning going on–two people were working on the configuration at the same time and overwriting the changes. We’ve since added the print queues and they are showing up (as the screenshot shows) so this is our working theory.
