Workflow - Out of Memory Issue

Hi,

We keep getting a error coming up in worflow that says:

It doesn’t allow me to save my work at all so loose everything I’ve done since I last saved and I’m getting fed up of it now. I have raised a ticket with our 3rd party supplier (not OL) but not getting anywhere. So wondering if anyone has any ideas??

not really, was told the server was running out of memory, but the server had 132gb of ram which as you will know is a huge amount. Seems to be when I’m doing a lot of debugging that it happens

Were you doing a lot of undo/redo? Because that can takes a LOT of memory. Especially if you have a lot of processes…maybe not the only cause but certainly could contribute to it.

Still getting this all the time and constantly loosing work.

Would running it on a server running terminal services cause this issue? If it does then how are you supposed to get around this when you are setup in a PCI compliant manor so you can’t have direct access to your live servers from users laptops?

At this point, maybe opening a ticket with our support team would shed some more light on this.

We are getting a similar Out of Memory error. We also get “Error code 8: Not enough storage is available to process this command.” on a SendToFolder action. Both the destination and source have around 200gb free. We have found that these old 32 bit applications have many issues relating to 32bit objects under the hood.

Objectiflune really need to update the codebase and make it 64 bit and inline with modern operating systems. This problem will only get worse as time goes on.

Almost 2 years later and still the same! I’ve changed my settings to not autosave every 5 minutes and not allow undo\redo but still getting in constantly! Give up hope now of ever getting a fix for it
