Workflow hangs on add/edit script

Hi All

I have a strange issue with workflow .Whenever I try to run or edit a script action Workflow hangs . The only way to recover is to go into task manager and close it .

So far I have tried the following

  • Upgrade OLConnect/Workflow
  • Uninstall/reinstall OLConnect/workflow ( many tims)
  • Create a new config file ( deleted the old one )
  • created a new ppwatch.cfg file
  • Disable all unused processes
  • Delete all install folders and try remove any remains of the old installation
  • I tried the hold down “CTRL/SHIFT” when starting workflow
  • None of the logs show anything that I can see as an issue

All plugins work fine except for the “Run script” plugin . Running the latest versions .

Not to Worry .

I found the issue .

The edit script window managed to open off the screen . I connected a 4k monitor with higher screen resolution to see the window and move it back to a position on a normal 1080 screen

I am glad to hear that you were able to figure out and solve the issue.

Tip: A different approach is to execute the following steps instead:

  1. Make sure that the window of the Workflow Configuration application itself is show in the foreground of your desktop screen
  2. Press once on Alt + Space
  3. Press once on M (Move)
  4. Press once on one of the arrow keys
  5. Move your mouse cursor to the left or to the right
