In the workflow configuration tool, when I try to delete a planet press 7 resource it gives me a warning for the processes that are using that resource. It does not seem to do the same for Connect resources (Output Preset in this case). Is there a settings change for this to enable to see which processes are utilizing the resource that is trying to be deleted like how it works for PP7 templates?
Can you please share a screenshot of the warning it gives you when you try to delete a PlanetPress Suite resource? The reason why I am asking this is because the following message is shown the moment when I try to remove a PlanetPress Design document after I applied it to a Create PDF Workflow plugin first:
I get that warning, but i’m referring to the warning that will say what processes are utilizing that resource. When I try to delete a pp7 resource, it will say that “X process uses this resource”. But that warning does not come up for connect.
Try making a process and putting that resource you are trying to delete in the process and then try to delete it and see if it comes up with a warning telling you that X process is using this resource. I want it to tell me what processes are using that resource I am attempting to delete like it does for pp7 ones.
It might been a printer I was attempting to delete actually and it showed me which processes are using that printer.
