We are having issues with Workflow being automated when the client drops files into an ftp folder.
The workflow has been tested both set up as asap and at a specific time frame.
Neither will grab the files that are dropped into the ftp location specified when our client drops the files in there in the morning. However, if we move the client’s files off, then drop them back in to the exact same folder, the workflow sequence starts and works.
Please advise what could be going on?
