We need to use the RTF input plugin but need a copy of word on the server. The server has no internet connection and is using terminal services so can’t the standard version. Does anyone know which version of word we can use or a alternative to convert RTF to PDF
What is the RTF Input plugin? Is that something developed for Workflow (since you didn’t pick a specific Forum, I can’t assume anything)? If so, by whom?

That plugin expects a Word document, it can’t handle RTF properly… not to mention that it works only with older versions of Word, which also needs to be installed locally. In other words, you can’t use it for your application.
You will have to find some external application that converts RTF to PDF. Ideally, it would be a command line application that can be called seamlessly from Workflow. A quick search on Google returns several potential candidates (VeryPDF, VeryUtils, ConvertDoc, etc.).
