I am trying to output a file that is a 6 inch x 9 inch post card, double sided with 0.125 inch bleed edges. When I do a test of a few pages, it actually outputs just fine - if a little slow. However, when I try to do more records, or the entire list of 2700 records, it processes for nearly an hour and then gives me that error message. I am currently trying to output different ranges to see if it is connected to a particular record but it is very slow going.

To answer your other question, I am using the demo version of PrintShop Mail Connect Designer and am trying to output a 4 up PDF on 13in x 19in page.

When only doing the first 500 records of my file, I got this new error instead:

Just to update this issue. I receive the “Java heap space” error any time I am trying to output around 500 or more records. Also, the files that I do output containing less than 500 records seem to be unusually large compared to the output files we generate from our current software. My 248 sheet PDF (494 records, 4up) from PrintShop mail is 100 MB where my FusionPro output of a 1,360 sheet PDF (2,720 records, 4up) is only 13 MB. Both are using the same PDF art files.
