WeaverEngine 100% CPU Utilization

On a large job (60k records/documents) I noticed CPU utilization stayed at 100% for nearly an hour. Is this usual?

Connect Workflow v 2022.1. Server is Windows Server 2019 Standard, 64GB RAM, 2 cores with 4 logical processors.

Connect Server Configuration has 1 DataMapper Engine, 2 Merge Engines, 2 Weaver Engines, with memory for each set to 2048MB. Parallel Processing is set to “Batch Print”.

With only 4 logical processors, the CPU is bound to be maxed out on larger jobs.

We are in the process of reviewing the hardware requirements for Connect, based on real use cases, and it’s likely that we’ll be recommending a minimum of 12-16 logical processors.
