W3001, W4230, W1603

Hey,

I am experiencing the following errors when I try and run a data .pdf file

12:05:11.161 [0004] W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 An unspecified error occurred which was caused by LoggedApplicationException: There was an error running the content creation process caused by OperationCanceledException: (SRV000022) (SRV000001)
12:05:11.161 [0004] Create Print Content: W1603 : Plugin failed - 12:05:11 (elapsed time: 00:00:00.383)
12:05:11.382 [0005] W3001 : Error while executing plugin: ‘’ is not a valid integer value
12:05:11.383 [0005] Create Job: W1603 : Plugin failed - 12:05:11 (elapsed time: 00:00:00.222)
12:05:11.386 [0006] W3001 : Error while executing plugin: W4230 - Metadata does not contain a valid Job Item Collection
12:05:11.386 [0006] Create Output: W1603 : Plugin failed - 12:05:11 (elapsed time: 00:00:00.003)

Hello @langan.j,

The errors that occurred when the Create Job and Create Output plugins were executed are the result of the error that occurred when the Create Print Content plugin was executed.

As for the error that occurred when the Create Print Content plugin was executed; the Connect logs will most likely tell you more about the reason why the error occurred. The Connect logs are stored in the directory C:\Users\{User}\Connect\logs\, whereby {User} the user is under which Connect is installed.

Tip: The easiest way would be to submit a support ticket via our support portal for this and to attach the above Connect logs to the ticket, if possible. Because then someone from OL Support can investigate these logs for you.
