Hi All,

Required some help in regards to XML splitter splitting empty XML out, this issue happens intermittently. XML is structured properly and nicely with all the relevant nodes. When i take the XML and form into another mini XML and process , it split successfully without any issue.

W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 An unspecified error occurred which was caused by LoggedApplicationException: There was an error running the data mapping process caused by ApplicationException: Error executing DM configuration: Unexpected EOF in prolog

please help. Appreciated

When you have this issue, is it reproducible with the exact same file in the original process?

when i break it up into smaller xml file, im able to process through. Did not try with exact same file as the file contains too many records to replicate.

Next time it happens, retry with the exact same file. If you can reproduce it, then open a technical support ticket through our website.
