W1618 : Unrecoverrable error , Documents not being processed

Hi all,

I’m encountering the following error whenever I attempt to process documents in PlanetPress:

W1618: Unrecoverable error running process [Process Name], terminating: The file is not opened

Documents get stucked in spool folder .

Has anyone come across this issue before? Appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve it.

Can you submit a support ticket for this via our support portal please? Because this error should not occur (see ERROR W1618).

Hi, reported but no conclusion on this.

What could be the cause? Now operation is affected.

First documents print in stucked in spool folder not being able to finish up the jobs causes rest of documents stucked too. Had to kill services and restart to let the stucked jobs processed.

Please assist
