Using OL CONNECT Send from a citrix client

One of our customer use a citrix environnement (Windows OS).
Is it possible to use the OL SEND virtual printer in such a case ?

Hi,

Standalone workstations are required to work with Connect send because the workflow needs to know which station sent the request to be able to provide feedback to it. Also please note that the Citrix environment is not officially supported.
