Hello, I’m testing out this software and I can’t get my job to output using the print settings I want. The out gets stuck. The program doesn’t show as “Not responding” in the task manager, but hitting “cancel” does nothing. I end up closing the program through the Windows Task Manager.
Opening my template again, I always have to reattach the data (I assume this is due to it being a demo).
Here are the details of the job:
Page Size: 9in x 6in.
Margins: 0in
Bleed Edges: 0.125in on all sides.
Sheet Configuration: Duplex with two Master Pages.

Sheet Size: 19in x 13in
Repetition: 2x2
Space Between: 0.25in horizontal and vertical
Stack Depth: 700
Crop Marks: Standard
Once the output reaches “remote output task” no more progress is made and it just sits there. I’ve let it go for nearly an hour with no effect.
I have tried various output settings and it seems to freeze regardless. I suspect it is something to do with the bleed edges but I’m not sure how to correct the issue since there is no error messages.
