Used glyph '0' is not defined in font 'ProximaNova-Regular', and emitting notdefs is not allowed

Error thrown in the OL-Connect Create Print content step, I reasonably assume it’s an issue related to some Font in the original PDF files used, but I can’t find anything on the internet.

The process is very simple:

  • Datamapper picks up an XML with a list of PDF files - 1 file = 1 record
  • Print Content picks the PDF file associated with each record and uses it a Section backround and adds some text.

I can provide the original files and workflow items via email if needed.

Can you raise a ticket via our support portal for this and share the PDF files and OL Connect resources being used via the raised ticket please?
