Hi - I just upgraded from 2022.1 to 2023.1. I have a process that creates a csv file from page titles. Then I run it through another template/datamapper to create a table of contents. This has been in place for a few years. Now when the csv file is created it replaces the letter ‘T’ with a ‘?’ so my process fails. any ideas how to fix this?
How is that CSV created? It definitely sounds like an encoding problem, but we can’t know for sure without understanding how the file is initially created.
Hello - I apologize. I tried to cancel this but was unable to. I had to call into support. This issue became urgent. There seems to be an issue with the font Calibri with the new 2023.1 version. With that said, I also had my windows updated so not sure if something went wrong with the install due to the windows upgrade. I am having a brand new install to version 2024.1 done. Hopefully this will fix the issue. The issue is stemming from the template itself. We changed the font and it worked fine.
I just wanted to reply to this in case anyone ever has the same issue. I found some documentation that referenced a folder - C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\OL Connect\Resources\PDF\fonts. It suggested to reload the fonts. After the upgrade to 2024.1, I did not have this folder. I created it and loaded the fonts. This fixed the issue.
