Update Data Record equivalent?

Are there plans for an OL node that is equivalent to the Update Data Records in workflow? Or a way with the existing nodes to accomplish the same function?

We are trying to update records after a mail cleansing/sort between the datamapper and content creation. (easily accomplished in workflow).

It looks like this is possible directly with the REST api but don’t see how to accomplish this with just the OL nodes available.

Yes, it is one of the next nodes on our TODO list. In the meantime, you are correct, you can use the REST API to script the same functionality if you’re up for it.
