Hi, I am trying to load a license file so I can start utilizing my company’s paid version of PlanetPress Connect Designer software, instead of the trial version, but get this error when I try loading the license that I downloaded in my Web Activation Manager: The license does not contain valid magic number for this machine. (LCI000010). Has anyone ever ran into this issue before?
Basically, the magic number of the machine where you are trying to install the license is different than the one entered in the WAM.
You need to go on the WAM and re-activate your license with the new magic number.
