unable to call tray selection in production mode but debug mode able to

Hi Team,

I’m encountering an issue where I’m unable to call the tray when printing. Interestingly, it works fine in debug mode. I’ve already tried updating and changing the printer driver, but the issue persists.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Pause the Windows queue and compare the resulting job file sent to it.

Look at user permissions, and check if the user logged in while debugging is the same user that Workflow is using for its services.
