Trying to create Email content and get a core application error

Hi, Im trying to send an email and having an issue with the create email content object in Workflow. running 1.2

it parses all the details correctly and the process completes to this point without any problem. I have imported this process to a different workflow server but all seems fine. this same process when I built it worked fine. I have tried different SMTP servers to send out from
