Trying to add data MDB data to a PrintShop Mail designer

When trying to add data (MDB file) to a PrintShop Mail designer template using both from file and from database , i get the error “cannot connect to database with the specified options”. and the last stage

.Ii have tried this with a number of MDBs (with no passwords) and on different PSM designers.

I have just done an update to the latest version (2018.1.6.52339)

Any ideas?

Can you check the table name does not have any strange character such as &? You may also want to open a Support ticket to have the file analysed unless you can upload a test mdb file here.

Thanks for the info. It was indeed a ‘-’ in the table name.

Works fine now
