I have a bunch of templates that have a barcode object in them. They will randomly not generate the print content, and only show the barcodes. It doesn’t happen every time and sometimes we have to run them five or six times to get it to render with text and barcode.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? I have a ticket in with support but 2 months with no result so far.
Can it be that the rest of the section onto which you display the barcode in a PDF background?
No. We have virtual stationery in place, but we are also overprinting text.
I had a similar problem some time ago.
Changing the graphics format of the barcode from svg to png or vice versa, I don‘t remember, which one caused the problem, solved this for me. It could be worth a try.

An upgrade to 2020.1 has fixed the issue.
