It would be helpful if we had the option of using the comments on a branch as the task description
… or, in Workflow 1.8, you can go into any task’s coment and tick the “Use as task description” option…

Correct. Just an indication of why a branch was added without taking up space with a comment
Yup, makes sense. There must have been some sort of technical reason why it wasn’t added to the branch’s properties along with all the other tasks, but still I’ll enter it in our database.
