Software activated but still watermarks

Hi,

I have the newest version of PP Connect (2023.2.0.6120), the software is licensed and activated, but I am still getting watermarks when I print. The weird part is I have one document that prints without watermarks. The other strange thing is on all the other documents that have the watermarks, some show PP Suite version 2023.2.0.6120 and others show 2023.1.0.5741.

Any ideas?

Are the documents that prints with a watermark PPSuite document you use in Connect Workflow?

yes, they are all PP v7 documents. The one that has no watermark and all the other ones that have watermarks are all v7.
