Signatures disappearing from Capture on the Go

We have a customer using COTG (latest version). They have a document which is signed by the customer when a driver arrives on site and is signed again when the driver leaves the site. Sometimes when the driver gets the “leaving” signature the “arriving” signature has disappeared. Do you have any ideas what might cause this and what we shoudl be investigating?

My first step on this would be to capture a set of workflow logs where this happened and go through them to see if all the images are arriving in workflow. As there could be a number of things her that could cause the issue If you haven’t already Id advise opening a support ticket regarding this.
