I have a project that requires me to send some design templates from a folder to workflow. I need to do this automatically, but I don’t know how to do it without having to restart the service in workflow.
I know there is a folder with all the resources, but at the moment of adding a new one, this template is not available until I restart the service.
How can I archive this?

Drop your files in:
C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\PlanetPress Watch\Documents\In.

The feature mentioned in the thread linked by @hamelj has actually been implemented at this point: PlanetPress Workflow Workflow 2019.2 User Guide
This allows you to programatically import resources as needed prior to use.
