Send html messages with office 365 plugin without using designer template

While transitioning to Office365 I ran into an issue that the html message is sent as plain text, html code and all. It works well with the Send Email plugin, but when using the Microsoft 365 Email Output, the message is sent as plain text.

This test I then created arrives as plain text:
<html><body><p>test</p></body></html>

I tried using and closing the tags with <//p> for instance. Doesn’t work.

What could be the solution?

These features will be included in the 2023.x version.

I read nothing about that in the sneak peek. According to the help manual, it should already work. So is this a known bug/issue?

Yes, it is a known issue that is fixed in upcoming version 2023.1.

We did not include that information in the Sneak Peek article because we have to make editorial choices as to which features are highlighted in those articles, otherwise they would be way too long and would end up boring the reader… which we definitely want to avoid!
