Hi - I have an email template with three versions of language based on the data file. For example - one will go out if the case is opened, one for pending and one for closed.
I am wondering if it is possible to schedule the ‘closed’ email to go out at a specific time. I want the ‘open’ and ‘pending’ to go out immediately but want to delay the ‘closed’ email. they all use the same template and same workflow.
