Secure email input - text required not html

Hi there

I need to read email as a data source (ill be using the body of the email). When I open “body.html” its formatted as HTML, I just want the text… I see from another post that this file should contain text followed by the HTML version, and an example was given to remove the HTML with an ‘advanced search’

I only have HTML in my file… is there a setting somewhere to enable the text version?

And as I answered in the other post, I believe that’s a setting on the Email server, it’s not something Workflow can control.

It was an old post I added to so not sure if it would get seen by anyone, I was just hoping someone else had this problem and had found a solution, I didn’t realize you answered all the questions…
