Dear All,

We encounter Socket Error # 10060, while connecting to IMAP server outlook.office365.com on port 993, using Secure Email Input.
Can you assist us on how to resolve this?

Can you please confirm whether the below error occurs by executing the Secure Email Input task?

11:45:15.654 [0001] Step Connecting to IMAP server outlook.office365.com on port 993 - Error: Socket Error # 10060
11:45:15.654 [0001] Secure Email Input: W1603 : Plugin failed - 11:45:15 (elapsed time: 00:00:21.042)

When this is true then you may need to check with your IT whether port 993 is not blocked by a firewall.
