Reusable forms?

What’s the best way to handle blank (i.e. reusable) form creation in COTG?

Use case would be something like a technician running their own schedule. There wouldn’t necessarily be forms created ahead of time with customer info. The tech would just need a blank form in COTG they could fill out and submit as many times as needed based on service calls.
