Can you be more explicit about the “problem”?
What is exactly that you are trying to do and what is not working at the moment?
Remember that this Template and data might make sense to you but not to all of us… 
I’m making a report for a branch office, the report consists of the name of the agent (header) and the customer (details).

but the problem is that I made different agent (header) and customer (detail) pages, the illustration below
Ah! So the issue is that it happens that the agent and their lines aren’t somethime on the same page.
For this you need to play with Orphan and Widow as to decide how many detail lines needs to be kept with the header at the end of page before it overflows on the next one.
