I faced some issue where my barcode is not readable on PPC barcode scan plugin despite being able to read it on phone. This issue happens intermittently.
When it occurs, if you regenerate the barcode with the exact same data file, does it occurs again?
if i reprocess the document it will be able to detect
Next would be to check if while those problematic documents get created, was there a peak of the CPU to a 100%.
When CPUs reaches 100%, weird unpredictable, unreproducible issues occurs.
Check you CPU usage and if that occurs often, you need to increase your CPU power on that machine.
My CPU hits 100% every day for the last 6 years with Connect. Never have output issues, same ancient box using a skylake i7 4 core. (I have a 16 core PC just built for when we re-enter OL Care)
I would not have thought that that would be an issue. Interesting.
@RA0110 Not pointing fingers but perhaps its the Connect plugin. If your phone scans it fine, did you try a PC barcode scanner app? (like bcTester)
