I tried to proof print the template with the following setting and get the Communication error. May i know how to fix it?
Hi @ceci_cheung, I think it will be the best to open a technical support ticket via our website. Because we will have to investigate the log files of the Connect Designer and Server too to get a better understanding about this error message you’re receiving when running a Proof Print job and because we probably need to have a look at the Connect Resources by which the incident does occur.
I assume that the incident does also occur when you try to run a Print job instead of a Proof Print job?
