Printing VDP to Freeflow Print Server

Hi there,

I have an A4 document which is imposed A3-A4 booklet. I use Connect to add a Barcode 128 on each last page of document. The PDF is is an examination and has mostly text and a few images (average size 400KB).

The barcode is basically a counter (e.g. 00001ENGFLP1, 00002ENGFLP1, 00003ENGFLP1).

Is there a way to use the Imposed PDF on the Freeflow Print Server and overlay the barcode onto the document instead of sending a composed 2000+ record PDF to get processed at the printer. I know with Xerox VIPP, you can load on device but unsure if Planetpress has that functionality.

as far as I know there is no way to reference a PDF document which was uploaded to the printer separately.
