Presconnect 2022.1 Workflow service automatically shutting down

Hi

We’re starting Workflow service and after it processed and automatically shutting down due Consistency checking error

Log
Consistency check failed, shutting down…

Any idea

Thanks

Hi,
A lot of times a consistency check error is caused by the license, in that either it has expired or the same license is being used on another server. Also if you have the PlanetPress 7 services started at the same time as the PlanetPress Connect ones it can prompt a similar error.

To know more about the cause, if you open up the latest Server*.log file under C:\Users<user>\Connect\logs\Server directory and search for “error” it will show a more detailed explanation.

Best Regards

Justin Leigh

Additionally you can find workflow log under:
C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\PlanetPress Watch\Logs

Thanks Justin/Tosuji

This is what I can see in the log
WPROC: LetternRename (thread id: 3184) complete - 12:43:17 (elapsed time: 00:00:00.070)

ERROR: Consistency check failed, shutting down…

INFO : Signaling Process “Internal Dynamic Process” to stop (11 of 11)…

Hi,
In this case, it is likely multiple servers with the same product serial number are running on the network, for example during product migration.

Regards,

Yes. we’re migrating a quite number of jobs running in 2020 to 2022. We have requested the transfer of license and keep the existing license for few days. I guess it does not happened. Even we shut down the previous servers, the new workflow keeps shutting down after few minutes. Our network engineer will contact OL’s customer service to sort this out.

Thanks
