I am using Designer (2022.2.3.13959) on my laptop. Our organisation has recently pushed out a Windows 11 Features update. After restarting, the PReS Connect Messenger service no longer automatically starts. Trying a manual start fails with a basic error message. I have reinstalled and get the same issue.
Designer does launch from Desktop shortcut, but takes a lot longer than normal to open.

Iām running on Version: 10.0.26100 Build 26100
When trying to start the PReS Connect Messenger service the error displayed is:
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
