Preflighting Speed

Hello Community,

I have been running into a few jobs that are taking me up to an hour to preflight them. Is there a way to speed up the preflight time? I have been looking around here on the forum and in other documentation but all that I have found is ways to speed up server processing.

Given the provided information, I think that you can better submit a support ticket via our support portal. Because then we can take a closer look at both the issue you are facing and, if possible, the OL Connect resources you are using.
