.png images not displaying

Hi - I have some .png images that are not displaying when I run them through debug in workflow or print option in designer. They were displaying approx. a week or so ago. I checked and even reloaded some of them and still nothing. I can do a proof print and they display fine. I looked at the images and I do not see anything out of the ordinary. There was a topic on this Dec 2021. I looked through this and nothing helped. Do you have any idea as to why suddenly these images aren’t displaying? What else can I look for?

Hello @ahaddad,

Can you let us know please how these PNG images are being displayed/loaded in your Template? For example, are these PNG images available in the “images” folder of your Template or are they dynamically loaded by a script?

They are available in the images folder of my template. The last time I had all the .png files show up was around 8/8/24 when I ran it through debug.

HI - I just cleaned out a bunch of temp files and now they are displaying.
