PDFs printing completely blank

Hi

Just wondered of you could point me in the right direction. I have set up a data mapper and template. The template looks fine and the data is coming through ok and everything look fine when I preview it. However when I go to print a proof of my document, it is printing completely blank??

Can you verify if your data doesn’t contains any NULL value or other control character? These tend to have the software goes in mysterious behavior.

To verify that I suggest looking at your data using Notepad++ which will display null character as NULL.

No, there is no nulls in the data. It only contains a CR/LF at the end of each line.

Is it printing multiple pages blank?

Is the data privy? Can you post your form on here so we can look at it?

I seem to have got it sorted thanks. I think I was using a font which I didn’t have installed in my machine/server.
