PDF output file losing pdf background.

Hi, I have a number of PDF in a workflow and when i run it, on some PDFs it generates, it only show the variables and one page and remove the PDF background (which was 2 pages) the strage thing is it works perfect in printing from designer with the same data mapper. i have also tried this with only the all in one mapper on the particular templates that are not working with nothing else in the workflow and i get the same results.

The thing that is more strange is that it is a copy of one that is working just with control criteria

Any ideas?

Is the PDF background used remote?
If so can you move it locally to the same workstation?

I found the issue, and very odd one… Support are still looking at why. But i think it was down to long design template names and long names on the PDF backgrounds.
As soon as I made the document name smaller, it worked for all my templates that were not working originally. Support found they could replicate this too.
