We’re having an intermittent problem with PDF email attachments. We’re running 2023.2.0.6120.
Daily process picks up a small number of PDFs and sends each as an attachment to the email address contained in the PDF. Usually runs without issue but it’s been reported to us that the PDFs occasionally have missing pages. Recently a 54pp PDF was missing the final 11 pages. Similar emails were sent at the same time without a problem. (They’re being emailed via OL Connect Image which I think redistills the PDF?)
There are no errors in the log, but another process was running at the time that converts Word docs to PDF. Are they conflicting somehow?
