Output run but delay on file appearing

Hi

I have a issue with a job where by the output isn’t there when it moves onto the next step in workflow which moves the file it isn’t finding any files

I raised this before and was advised to put the output onto a separate branch which fixed it, however we have now upgraded to the latest version of PReS and it doesn’t appear to be working. Please could someone advise if I need to do something different now with the new version?

Hi James,

When you open the create output plug-in, you have an option at the bottom “wait for completion”.
Have you tried that option?

Ah that’s a new option in 2021 which wasn’t there in 2018. I’ll have a look now.
