On Error 'send to process' set on Process not being respected

Hello,

I’ve created an error handling process in PlanetPress Connect. I can successfully configure a Task/Action to use it by setting the ‘Send to process’ value on the ‘On error’ tab. It kicks in as expected when that Task fails. However, it doesn’t kick in if I configure this on the Process’s ‘On error’ tab instead.

My understanding of the Process ‘On error’ tab - based on reading [Using the On Error tab](https://help.uplandsoftware.com/objectiflune/en/planetpress_workflow/2022.2/Workflow/ErrorsDebug/UsingOnErrorTab.html) - is that it overrides the default on each Task within the Process. That’s what I was hoping for, as I don’t fancy going through each individual Task and setting it. Is my understanding just incorrect?

Your understanding is correct… but did you press the “Set all tasks” button at the bottom of the dialog box? That’s what applies your changes to all existing tasks in the process.
