I had 2 server which installed only Connect Enterprise 2024.1.2 with full license 80,000ppm. Server1’s HW is better than Server2 but DM+CC very slow at Server1 and OC very slow at Server2. I setting both of server as same configuration.
On that time, i run with same template and data to compare. And run only 1 process on that time.
From my observations,
At Server1’s Mergengine use a few CPU’s usage (0.x%) but Server2’s Mergengine use around 4-5%.
please advisde how to tuning Server1 to reduce processing time at DM+CC and Server2 to reduce processing time at OC?

There are quite a lot of things to check and go through that could affect the performance of your system like template design merge engine allocation parallel processing etc. if you think your system is consistently underperforming please can you open a ticket with the support team so we can assist with this.

This is OL’s issue and now can’t solve. must wait for next release and test again.
I saw this issue in OL Know issue since version 2022.2 until now.
