Can anyone tell me what this error in my Workflow console Log means?
W2032 : Error producing job of document SLFCU_Stmts for printer PrintSpool: Not enough storage is available to process this command.
This error shows up at our busiest times of the month, and while smaller files are processed, larger ones throw this error and disappear into the ether. Granted, we are generating large PS and PDF files for printing and archiving, but the server that Workflow resides on has over 150GB of hard drive storage and 48GB of RAM.
What “storage” is in short supply? RAM? Hard drive? I know Workflow only uses a fraction of the available RAM (4GB?), and seems to be efficient in managing the files it processes within this limit most of the time. Often, rebooting the server Workflow resides on seems to help. Is it clearing out the RAM, deleting temporary files that are taking up hard drive space?
We encountered this error 41 times within a 2 hour period on Monday.
We are a small company averaging about 1.25 million clicks a month. Everything we produce, physically and digitally, runs through Workflow. I cannot imagine our volume is so great as to cripple this product.
Any insight I could take back to our IT contractor would be appreciated.
