Has anyone else experienced the behaviour that when a new automation variable/runtime parameter is defined in the new parameters pane, it is not accessible in the Properties dropdown or from automation.parameters.param until the data mapper is saved, closed and re-opened.
Please advise.
I’m able to select a Runtime Parameter in for example a Conditional step without saving and reopening the Data Mapping Configuration file. To do that, I reloaded the Data Sample file in the Settings view.
Ok - sounds like an “onLoad” action has to run in order to make the new runtime parameter available then.
Perhaps a suggestion for next release to have it made available by virtue of just adding it.
