Multiple E-mails - PressConnect?

Hello,

We have a workflow that is suppose to pickup a file proces it and send one email, however for some reason PressConnect is making 3-5 emails everytime which are being sent out? Is the file not being picked up correctly and processed multiple times perhaps?

Is there someone that recognizes this and perhaps know how to make sure it just sends 1 email?

It could be that the data you are processing ends-up being multiple records inside the Datamapper, thus generating multiple email.

In the Designer, load the exact data you get multiple email with and see for yourself.
