Large LPR Queue print job silently failing mid print

I’m wondering if there is any advice which can be shared please, as we have nightly print jobs which are regularly silently failing when printing large print jobs ( >1000-7000 pages as a single PDF made as a composite of >1000 individual print records).

  • There are no observable errors in the Planet Press workflow or LPR queue log files
  • We are using Planet Press Connect 2020.01, with plenty of hardware resources
  • A brand new enterprise high-volume mailroom scale printer, and using the current PPD release

Has anyone got experience diagnosing the LPR Queue?
